There's a cycle in everything. Life cycle, wealth cycle, sector cycle, season cycle, financial cycle. If u r at the wrong place at the wrong time, u're in for trouble. The same is true for our financial cycle. It's changing and a lot of people are still unaware of it. When it comes, a lot of people will be in trouble.

I dunno when it'll come. But I know it will. Perhaps 21 Dec 2012?? Nobody knows. Dun predict. When it happens, we'll know. But I'm afraid it'll be too late for many people. That's y I use facebook to try to warn people of it. Hope that they get the hint. Anyway, even if it does not happen, we'll be better off than if we did not prepare for it. So no one loses.

Sometimes I feel that we r indeed digging our own grave. Long ago, people earn, people save and the rest they spend. But as time goes by, they became more affluent. Generations after generations, our life gets better and better and we acquire a new habit- To spend and then save the remaining. On top of that, money still comes at the end of the month. People feel "It's like that since my grandpa's time. It's like that since my dad's time. So it'll be like that for my time." Sad to say, those with that kind of thinking, will be the victims of the next storm.

Banks, empowered by mass media, plays a huge part to the downfall. Banks encourage people to spend. You dun have to be able to afford the house. U just have to be able to afford the installment. That's how bank creates money. Many people thinks that bank earn by the high interest they charge for every loan they give. But that is wrong. The interest is, in actual fact, insignificant. The main thing they earn is by fractional banking reserve (You can find a lot of videos about fractional banking system in youtube). Bank needs people to spend so as they can survive and earn. The more u spend, the more they earn. So with the cooperation of mass media, people spend and spend. And the victor of this whole game is the bankers.
