Every step we take, we do not know how it influence the others. Everything is a seed by itself, slowly unfolding itself. And at the same time as one seed unfolds, there are many others that are unfolding themselves. Perhaps one day when u are at a coffeeshop drinking coffee, u've already planted a seed. During the time when u r drinking ur coffee, someone sells tissue paper to u. U bought the tissue paper. And one day while watching a sad movie with the girl that you like, you offer her tissue paper when she cries. And maybe because of wat u did, one day the love will blossom. Just a simple thing of drinking at coffeeshop(planting seed), a series of events starts to unfold...

Perhaps as time changes, our expression of love changes as well. The older generation uses harsh physical punishment as a way to discipline the young as an expression of love. But for such kind of love, not many people nowadays can accept it.

Both are love. Both come from the heart, yet it is so different. The younger generation fails to feel the love from the older generation. And the older generation fails to understand the expression of love that the younger generation is looking for.

Sometimes when we think back, the beatings from our parents, are they love? If they dun beat us, is it disappointment or love as well?

Many good things happen yesterday. Met Larry at Toa Payoh yesterday who commented that I look thinner. After that met Anne who mentioned she likes to read my blog. At night, went to return a book to Kaw Sen and he bought me a book related to my work. Thanks everyone for making my day!
