"With great power comes great responsibilities"- a quote from the movie Spiderman. I agree to this statement. Is it the expectation that we put on ourselves or the expectation of others on those who have great power that cause the burden on us?

Watched the movie "Yamato", which is about how a japanese warship fight to its end during the 2nd World War. The commanders and all those onboard knew that it's a suicide mission but still had to go ahead. Before the D day, the men were crying out loud for their families, their loved ones as they knew that they can't make it back. But the officers, although they felt the same way, could not cry out in front of their men.

Even in the society, the "superior" one normally do not whine as much on the surface. Parents seldom whine in front of their children the same way as teacher dun whine in front of the students. A simple whining or complain may have a lot more implications, be it the morale issue or distrust between the different levels.
